1. Proof of Business Identity (Mandatory)

  • PAN Card of the Business (Mandatory for all entities)
  • For sole proprietors, a personal PAN card may be accepted

2. Proof of Business Address (Any one or more)

  • GST Registration Certificate
  • Certificate of Incorporation (for Pvt Ltd / LLP companies)
  • Shop & Establishment Certificate
  • MSME / Udyam Registration Certificate
  • Trade License
  • Import–Export Code (IEC)

3. Authorization Documents (Mandatory)

  • Letter of Authorization (LOA)
    • On company letterhead
    • Authorizes a specific individual to complete DLT registration

  • Authorized Signatory ID Proof
    • Aadhaar Card
